Today’s toy is a flamingo. By Phillip Ha. I used Hobby Lobby Yarn Bee Soft Secret in soft pink and lemon. I am enjoying using a 4 mm hook holding the yarn double. It makes a nice sized toy and I think one strand would have too much drape. This is leftover yarn from my temperature blanket of 2023, so I am happy to use it. I modified the wings. The pattern is just a circle, but I put some shaping on one end like the good luck duck pattern. I put floral wire in the legs so I could bend one up in the air. The toy has to lean against something.
