January 24: Chubby frog amigurumi
Today’s toy is a frog, a crochet pattern by Ana Carolina Figueiredo, Little Crochet Farm. I changed the pattern to make him smaller. The body increases stopped at 36. The eyes, only 12, fingers, 4, then 6, then 2 rounds, middle finger: 4, then 6, then 3 rounds. Joining the fingers, only 18 stitches around, so decreased to 12, one round of 12. I know this sounds cryptic if you don’t have the pattern, but I don’t want to repeat the pattern on my blog. I used Mira minis from Amazon and a 3 mm crochet hook.
