Today’s first reading continues about hope while suffering. He says be holy as I am holy.
In the gospel, right after Jesus said that a rich man could not get into heaven except through God, all things are possible, Peter stated that many had left everything to follow Jesus. Jesus said “But many that are first will be last, and the last will be first. That tells me to be humble. Look for ways to serve. Amen!
