May 29: kitty
Today’s toy is a crocheted kitty. Using Red Heart shimmer and 2.5 mm hook, this toy was designed by me. I saw a picture on Pinterest and thought to try making it. I put the back paws too far back. The tail is cute.

Today’s toy is a crocheted triceratops dinosaur. Design by Sweet creek designs on YouTube. Using Bernat blanket and a 4.5 mm hook, this did not turn out well. The horns are too bulky. I did not like how the legs were done. Making a dinosaur was fun, so I will find another pattern.
October 3: chicken
Today’s toy is a crocheted chicken. Design by Sweet Softies. Using Bernat Blanket, Lion Brand Heartland, and a 6 mm hook, this pattern is for a granny square without holes so the stuffing won’t show through. I added the legs. Cute with the dangling legs!
