Today’s first reading from Job shows the power of God to control the waters of the earth. The awesome power of God!
In the second reading, Paul says that Jesus died for all of us and that we need to die to ourselves on earth. We need to live for Christ.
In the gospel, Jesus calms the sea and asks his disciples do you still not have faith? They wonder who He is that he can say to the water, Calm, and the sea obeys.
God is good, all the time!
