Today’s toy is a crocheted monkey lovey. The pattern is by Crochet at Teri’s. Great pattern using a hexagon to turn into a leg and arm. I will use this body again. Not a good idea to use such a bulky yarn for the feet and hands. Using Mainstays cozy chenille and Big Twist and 3 mm/5 mm hooks, this lovey is super squishy.
Today’s item is a crocheted car ornament for Halloween. Design by Craftingintx. Using different acrylic yarns and both 2.25 and 3 mm hooks, I made a pumpkin, ghost, cat, and spider to hang off of a planter. I think it would look better with DMC floss. Maybe, I will try that next year.
