In today’s first reading Jeremiah is asking the Lord for relief. God told him, “If you repent, so that I restore you,in my presence you shall stand; For I am with you,
to deliver and rescue you, says the LORD. I will free you from the hand of the wicked,
and rescue you from the grasp of the violent.”
In the gospel, Jesus talks about the Kingdom of heaven. Like one who finds a treasure in the field or a merchant finds the perfect pearl, such as the Kingdom of heaven. We will sell all that we have to be there! Amen!
