In the first reading, Paul challenged Peter’s way of living. He was preaching the gospel of Jesus to Jews while observing their laws. Then Peter was living as the gentiles, eating unclean food. Paul saw this as hypocrisy and didn’t want any separation in the new church family.
In the gospel of Luke, Jesus taught us how to pray, the Lord’s Prayer. In Matthew’s gospel there are 7 petitions. In Luke’s gospel, only 5. 1: Holy name 2: Kingdom come 3: Daily bread 4: forgive our sins 5: do not bring us to the time of trial
