Today’s toy is a crocheted Yule log. Design by Fay Lyth. Using Bernat blanket, Mainstays cozy chenille, and a 4.5 mm hook, I could have used a 6 mm hook since this isn’t stuffed. It is actually rectangles that are rolled into the log shape. My husband said it looks like a snack cake!
Today’s toy is a crocheted frog. Design by kawaiicuddlebug. Using Bernat blanket, Red Heart, and a 4.5 mm crochet hook, this was simple and quick. I ran out of the yarn color to make the romper. There is a matching hat. The legs and arms were changed. There is no stuffing in them.

Today’s toy is a crocheted octopus. Design by Little Crochet Farm. Her design is quite small. Using Bernat velvet plus and a 6 mm hook, mine is much larger. I made this on commission for a baby shower. Pink was the color requested. Also requested was no safety eyes, so I embroidered them on.
