January 12 mallard duck
Today’s toy is a crocheted mallard duck. The pattern is good luck duck by Sweet Softies. The main pattern is in white or yellow and I have made a white one, but there is a picture of the option to use colors for the mallard duck. I used green for the head and switched to white for the increase round for the body and then changed to brown. The feet are not part of the pattern but the directions are in a comment under the YouTube video. I used acrylic minis from Amazon and a 3 mm hook. I made the eyes with black yarn since it will be donated.
