Today’s toy is a crocheted teddy. I followed a design on Threads for an elephant and changed the face and ears for a bear. Using Bernat Softee Baby cotton, YarnArt jeans yarn, and a 2 mm hook, this was a quick make. I like the contrasting color for the paws and the toes.

Today’s toy is a pot of crocheted succulents. Design by Lauren Espy. Using many different greens I had on hand and a 3 mm hook, this was a tedious one. I liked making the prickly parts of the large cactus. I thought about adding a flower as well. Not my favorite.
Today’s toy is a crocheted doll by Spin a Yarn, beach bum. Using Bernat baby sport in Tiny Tulips colorway, Yarn Bee Soft Secret in cocoa, and Big Twist in black, I used a 3 mm hook to crochet this doll. Crocheted flat and seamed, the hair took a lot of yarn and time!
