July 3: pig
Today’s toy is a crocheted pig. Design by Lauren Espy. Using Crafter’s square color pop Craftiss mini and 2.5 mm hook, this pig turned out great! I love the size and low difficulty of Lauren’s patterns.

Today’s toy is a crocheted octopus. Design by Darling Maple Designs. Using Loops and Threads Sweet Snuggle Lite and a 3 mm hook, this was fun to make. It was quick and I didn’t have to stuff it or close the body. You could use it as a finger puppet.

Today’s toy is a crocheted Narwhal which is just a whale with a horn. This design is part of the spring crochet along with Rico design. Using Hobbii rainbow cotton and 2.5 mm hook, this was very quick to make. I like the eyes and pearl shell bow. So cute!

It calls for worsted yarn, but I had the perfect color in the leftover orange T-shirt yarn. I also used the gray instead of black because that’s what I had. Running out of the gray, I doubled…
