In the first reading God tells Isaiah to tell Ahaz that he is doing wrong and it will not stand. “But within sixty years and five,
Ephraim shall be crushed, no longer a nation.
Unless your faith is firm
you shall not be firm!”
In the gospel, Jesus told the people that the people who do not believe in God, do not know God, would be better than those of us who see/witness the miracles but do not repent and follow His commandments. I pray the Holy Spirit guides me to a repentant life. Amen!
