Today’s toy is a crocheted walrus. The pattern is part of the Rico design crochet along this Spring. I made it with thicker yarn to make it bigger. Using Big Twist yarn, Bernat value yarn, and 4 mm hook, it was so much fun that I made two.

For Valentine’s Day, I crocheted love pugs in black and cream colors for Bill, my husband. One looks like Gracie and one looks like Reacher. I used Big twist Plush in black, coconut, and chili pepper. I used pipe cleaners for the antennae. Today’s toy is a crocheted doll by Spin a Yarn, beach bum. Using Bernat baby sport in Tiny Tulips colorway, Yarn Bee Soft Secret in cocoa, and Big Twist in black, I used a 3 mm hook to crochet this doll. Crocheted flat and seamed, the hair took a lot of yarn and time!
