In the first reading, Job recognizes that he was complaining to his creator. He shows his humility to God. God has given him everything. After he recognizes this and shares it with God, God blesses him with animals, children, 140 years of life!
In the gospel, the 72 return and are excited by driving out demons. Jesus refocuses them on the true purpose of their missions. To get to heaven and convert sinners. Jesus then praises God. He was a great role model and teacher! Amen!
