Today’s toy is a crocheted cat gnome with a witch’s hat. Design by Olga Vasileva. Using Mary Maxim Starlette, Red Heart super saver, and a 3 mm hook, the yarn sparkles. I did start my own version of this pattern with blanket yarn. It stalled on the parts to add. Busy life got in the way.

Today’s toy is a crocheted triceratops dinosaur. Design by Sweet creek designs on YouTube. Using Bernat blanket and a 4.5 mm hook, this did not turn out well. The horns are too bulky. I did not like how the legs were done. Making a dinosaur was fun, so I will find another pattern.

Today’s toy is a crocheted puppy from Little Crochet Farm. Using Bernat blanket yarn and a 5 mm hook, this toy turned out bigger than the pattern. I like how the tail curled. I am not too happy with the colors, but it is soft.
