Today’s first reading is Isaiah proclaiming the coming of the Lord. The virgin will conceive a son and he will be called Emmanuel. Amen! We are so close to Christmas!

In the gospel, Mary is now visited by an angel. He said that she will have a baby and His name will be Jesus. Mary didn’t understand since she was a virgin. Although she was confused, she accepted it and said YES to God. What the world would be today if she had said no!

Holy Spirit guide me through Advent.
