Today’s toy is a knitted bird by my design. I was trying out just one strand of a thicker yarn and testing the pattern. Using Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Yarn Prints and Big Twist yarn and size 2 needles, this came out quite nicely.

Today’s toy is a knitted beagle. This pattern is from a magazine insert for knitting all of the Peanuts characters. The designer is Sachiyo Ishii. I used Mainstays cotton in arctic white and black and a 2 mm size 0 knitted needle. Love this pattern. I plan to also knit the dog house.
