Today’s toy is a knitted giraffe. I saw a picture of different crocheted animals with the same body shape and I decided to try knitting them. Using colors from an O’Go ring I purchased from Ollie’s, of blanket yarn and 5 mm needles (size 8), it was quite simple in its construction. I will add tutorials and write up the pattern. I will make the neck longer in the pattern.
Today’s toy is a knitted beagle. This pattern is from a magazine insert for knitting all of the Peanuts characters. The designer is Sachiyo Ishii. I used Mainstays cotton in arctic white and black and a 2 mm size 0 knitted needle. Love this pattern. I plan to also knit the dog house.

Today’s toy is another knitted owl from my design. Using Hobbii’s honey bunny candy, it made a much larger toy. I used 4 mm needles. I enjoy making birds. The beak was edged in white so it would be visible.
