January 7: bunny

a very whimsical bunny by Sayjai Thawornsupacharoen. I used the same yarn I have been using, the Charisma 10 ply Aran. I put pipe cleaners into the ears, but didn’t stuff them. This pattern is for crochet, but I modified it for knitting. That’s why it is shorter. I need to knit more rounds next time. I used size 3 needles, 3.25 mm. I crocheted the eyes. I like doing this method of making a stitch vertically with black and then wrapping the yarn around that stitch 4 times and then putting the tapestry needle down into the toy through the middle of the stitch. It is better than a French knot, IMHO. I will provide a tutorial soon.
