May 3: polar bear

Today’s toy is a crocheted polar bear. The pattern is Bruno the polar bear by Clotilde Dhenaut. It is amazing that this is a free pattern with all of the accessories. I had trouble with the strap on the sack. Using Big twist white and mostly soft secret from Hobby Lobby and a 2.5 mm…

May 2: toucan

Today’s toy is a knitted toucan bird. The pattern is by Loly Fuertes. It is very colorful. Using Big Twist and Red Heart Super Saver yarn to get the colors and size 3 needles, I am very pleased with the result. My BIL requested I make this because I like to make birds.
